ZÉ LINS' MILL
The film tells the story of the great Brazilian writer José Lins do Rego who, in six publications, described the whole cycle of sugar mills in the country. In addition, he was an important figure in the history of Brazilian cinema when he became one of the creators of the so-called 'the Northeast aesthetics', much used in Cinema Novo, and even today in Brazilian films.
