Starting from the 1993 Vicar General's Slaughter, the documentary investigates the violence and police corruption practiced in Rio de Janeiro in the last 20 years. A harsh presentation of the most striking brutal facts through interviews with victims and relatives, archive footage and fictional scenes reconstructing the memory of survivors.
