A group formed by a biologist, a personal trainer, a stylist and a model goes in search of the challenge of completing a sea crossing from Rio de Janeiro to Ilha Bela in São Paulo. Stand up paddle and Hawaiian canoe are the boats chosen by the group to face the 400k.
