Series of 26 episodes of 45 minutes each, with the greatest actors of the Portuguese teledramaturgy, such as Maria João Bastos, Paulo Pires, Alexandra Lencastre, Luis Felipe Duarte and Rui de Carvalho. Filmed in Portugal, Brazil and Sao Tome and Principe, it portrays the golden age of this colony as a major exporter of cocoa to Europe.
